4, non-ferrous metal sorting machine in the process of use should keep the environment clean, regular cleaning equipment;

5, non-ferrous metal sorting machine in the winter use process due to the different viscosity of the butter may cause non-ferrous metal sorting machine to start the frequency converter overload alarm shutdown phenomenon, automatic sorting machine can reduce the frequency of segmented start or repeated start to the normal operation of the equipment;

6, the sorting outer cylinder is an epoxy layer glass cloth tube, on-site use should often check whether there is debris in the belt body, do not breathe iron parts, if there should be timely cleaning, otherwise cause non-ferrous metal sorting machine damage or can not operate normally, automatic picking machine because the object is easy to wear parts, its service life and site environmental factors, equipment maintenance has a lot to do with. General normal maintenance life is about 12 months, poor environment maintenance is not timely, the service life decreases accordingly;

7, the conveyor belt is easy to lose parts, automatic picker should regularly check the belt body or the surface of the sorting outer cylinder for impurity iron paste on the surface of the belt body, the formation of eddy current effect to burn the belt or lead to equipment demagnetization, affecting the normal operation of non-ferrous metal sorting machine.
