The aluminum-plastic separator is designed by using the principle that the conductor can generate induced current in the high-frequency alternating magnetic field. When the machine is working, the surface of the separating magnetic wheel will produce high frequency alternating strong magnetic field. When the non-ferrous metal of the conductor enters the magnetic field separation zone, the eddy current will sense the eddy current in the metal block. The vortex itself generates a magnetic field in the opposite direction of the magnetic field. Non-ferrous metals (such as copper and aluminum) will leap forward in their transport direction due to magnetic field repulsion, and achieve separation from other non-metallic substances to achieve the purpose of separation.
The main basis for judging the separation effect is that the ratio of material conductivity to density is easier to separate.
